1. Agreement & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you (“Customer”) and Solar Masters for the supply and installation of a energy system (“System”).

By accepting a quotation, paying a deposit, or proceeding with installation, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

IMPORTANT: This Agreement is not regulated by the Commonwealth NCCP Act 2009. As a result: a. If you have a complaint about the Agreement you may not have access to the services of an external dispute resolution scheme that has been approved by ASIC. This means that you may have to go to court to resolve a dispute with the provider b. If you have trouble paying the periodic payments required under this Agreement: i. You may not have the right to ask the provider for a hardship variation to help you get through your financial difficulty. ii. The provider may take action against you for non-payment without giving you an opportunity to remedy the fault. Questions and complaints about the Agreement should be directed to the provider,

Product Warranty

All equipment is covered by manufacturer warranties.
Electrical components carry a minimum 12-month warranty, unless otherwise specified.

Workmanship Warranty

Solar Masters provides:

During this time, we will repair or replace defective workmanship at no cost within a reasonable timeframe.

Warranty Conditions

It is customer's responsibility to monitor the system performance on a regular basis and report any doubts or issues to Solar Masters. No compensation is payable for system downtime.
